Here is possibly my favorite twisting Catacmbs piece:

In no small part because in invokes memories of the greatest movie of all time.

I know it is a chopping block but I thought it was crying out for a huge cauldron of human soup (as in Conan movie) .... this one from one of the Frostgrave Nickstarters.

fantastic stuff as always.
what is this 'twisting catacombs' of which you speak so highly?
Many thanks.
Twisting catacombs was a successful Kickstarter campaign to make Dungeon Furniture .... with a distictly Heroquest flavour.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/12 ... escription
It was run by Zealot Miniatures.

.... and I suspect everything they produced in the campaign will be available very soon to buy direct as they are on the home stretch for completing the campaign and supplying all their backers.

I will speak highly of it ... I think it is by far the nicest set of scenery for dungeons that I have ever seen or heard of in all my hobby experience. I love the slightly cartoony, old skool, Heroquesty flavour they went for. The quality of the resin is great as was the quality of the castings. The campaign was well run, the communication with the backers has been great and the customer service since has been spot on. Right up there with Reaper BONES IMO for the best thing to happen in my hobby in many a long year.

"The best thing about Heroquest is The Gargoyle"

If you have not watched this yet ... take six minutes out of your busy life and do yourself a favour ...

Anyway ... The Gargoyle. I confess I was not bothered about this miniature when I first saw it in the Kickstarter. Once I got it I immediately changed my opinion of it. Now I love it.

It also looks a bit like this illustraton form Deathtrap Dungeon .... which is a nice bonus.

Since I still haven't received my stuff (despite a few estimated completion dates passing) I'm beginning to wish I'd waited and bought the bits when they come out! Assuming they bother to refresh the moulds again.... Looking good Harry!

Good to know it's good. Mine was supposed to be sent 2 months ago and now they won't answer my emails! Grumble, grumble.

Yours look great though!
