And i guess there will be more to come.

Ere we go

Lovely painting.
I can always stand to see a few more beautifully painted Dwarves.
Seems you have come to the right place.

Loving the dwarves, once I get my Orcs & Goblins sorted they are next in line and your painting is somewhat tasty.

No spam here - just prime cuts! 8-)

Love the battle damaged shields.

In fact I like all the shields - where did the knobbly ones come from?

Loving that Vampire Lord conversion. Especially the face.

I've spent an age trying to find the right figure for mine. Still not found it yet.

Thanks alot for your kind Words, a warm welcome indeed !

@Zhu Bajie, Ahh i did not know that then he will suit as necro even better !

@wytchelf, Thanks i had a hard time finding a suiteble vampire lord myself. The head i used is from a ghoul.

@Thantsants, Thanks im very happy with the shileds myself. they are all from the "new" skeletons.

Cheers

Hey, pleased to see these dwarfs again. I hope you won't give up your project: these guys are really cool (by the way, how did you paint the shields?)
EDIT: oops, sorry, I've just found the answer at the end of the 1st page

Nice work! Love the dwarfs.

Looks like you have found Distress Crackle Paint from Ranger. Glorious stuff & it works great with Dorland's as a base.

Crackle paint? Good JJJJEEEBBBUUUSS that looks good. I need that stuff NOW. Did you say it was Distress Crackle Paint? Those are some of the best weathered shields I've ever seen. I love your colour choices and general style.

In the U.S., scrapbooking stores carry Tim Holtz's stuff. I'd recommend the clear & white.
You can actually just add pigment to the clear, like you would with a medium, & it works normally.
