Someone mentioned this is a good place to stick all your images and show off your work a bit. So let's make a start.
In this we have a mix of my own art, sculpting and of course miniature painting.

^I'd say it has more to do with the skills of the painter than the label on the paint pot, but . . . I use craft store cheapo these days. I might have a vested interest in that belief. ;)

Anyway . . . lovely stuff! Also worth wondering, did you see the art contest? I suspect you should enter.

Funny enough, I put something on the page last night.

Few more I dug out, these are make do and mend projects. The Eldar I acquired in bits as a conversion someone else started, so I added the dual Shuriken. The Marines I think I paid a quid for in a box of rubbish. Saved as many as I could, stripped the paint and made them my old school Errants. My favourite Marines from RT era. Using the old paint scheme not the new alternative Errant method.

Salvages from boot sales often make for the most interesting conversions and stories. More lovely stuff! Looking forward to more as it develops. :)

That Halfling Blood Bowl team is really cool! I dig the old treemen/Ents too.

Cheers, I took them to the Waterbowl event this year and did rather well considering my limited experience with them.

Not been to any car boots in a while, trying to keep clear until I get all the crap from my house shifted.

Impressive! What do you use for the banner, if I may ask?

Its a original miniature, banner is all metal (later ones are GW's fine cast, you can tell as they made more room around the head).

This is it with the base colours on.

Most of my other banners are just plain white paper, both sides painted and then varnished with Vajello varnish (satin at the moment). That gives it the shape I want but its not to harsh as it will find it own position a bit.

I had no idea they'd ever cast banners! Banner poles, sure, but banners? Wow! News to me. I always do paper myself, but that looked obviously non-paper. And there is someone here who actually uses cloth. (Somewhere.)

Its bloody heavy I know that, the new version of it is resin, so I imagine that helps loads. I've heard of a few people do cloth too, and tin foil seems to be another favourite.
