1989 Fantasy Miniatures Book - who signed it?

Hi all, I recently picked up another copy of the 1989 Fantasy Miniatures book as the spine had come lose on my original copy. You know the book right? The one with all the lovely Golden Demon photos in it!:



More pics of the interior in my blog. This particular copy stood out from the rest because it had some signatures inside the cover:





I have a feeling the second signature might be John Blanche because it's a close match to the signature on the Femme Militant boxes:



Confirmation and ID on the other one (Adrian Smith? Andy Jones?) would be much appreciated!

I'm pretty sure I have some figures from an ex-GW collection with that odd signature under the base. I'll take some pics.
