Can anyone ID this knight?

Found this Ebay listing for a supposedly Citadel knight. I don't think it is Citadel even though it looks like a good match for the Perry's Bretonnians from '90/'91. I can't quite make out the tag name but it looks like it says 'German Knight'. The manufacturers that come to mind initially all make solid base base models so the tag is throwing me a little. Any ideas where it's from?

This fellow definitely is a Citadel dismounted knight, and his armour reflects mid-14th century German style. He has been re-issued by Foundry: see http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/our-rang ... -bcmed002/ and "MED202 Foot Knights" - this guy appears third on second row.

As far as I know, there has not been a strictly historical range of 28 mm figures with slotta bases, but since Perry twins are Medieval re-enactors, they certainly know their trade and they design all their human figures by actual, real historical models.
