Please ID these models for me. :)

I found these in a box and I'd like to know which ranges/companies they're from:



The boar comes in three parts. I think the wraith is a GW LoTR wraith but I'm not sure. As for the other two models I've got no idea!

The wraith is indeed from the LotR range hes the alternate ME64 rider


The only 3 part boar that I know i from the Goblin Kings Chariot but he has ropes around his body so it ain't him

No idea about the last 2 - Dark Future maybe?

The 15mm models are pre-Dark Future but I can't remember where I got them from.
