Decent Online Retail or where do I go now Maelstrom's dead?

With the demise of Maelstrom games I am in a bit of a quandary. Where should I go to but my odds and ends? You know, paints, brushes etc. Ebay is useful, but is certainly not perfect, especially when you really need something and its not listed.

So, what online retailers would other members of this forum recommend and why? I'm desperate for some pots of Coat d'Arms White paint ASAP but don't know where to purchase them from (without driving off into the depths of the UK and attend a show!).

So what would you guys recommend?

I have used Caliver Books a fair few times and never had a problem plus they have free post for paint and figures. They also have a wide range of stuff.

Northstar are pretty good too although I tend to just buy stuff from their bargain bin.

There's also Wayland, never dealt with them myself but they're the ones who apparently wound up Maelstrom (according to their press release it was for purely altruistic reasons, and nothing to do with removing the competition ;) )

Finally there is the WAMP store - postage very reasonable, good service but a small selection at the moment.

I'm sure there are plenty more including The Eye of the Storm, which is identical to Maelstrom but nt sure I can bring myself to order from the same people that have stiffed so many people under one company name while trading under another.

Hope all that is some help

It may not be relevant for this particular purchase, as not many bricks and mortar shops stock coat d'arms paint, but in general I'm going to suggest your local model/hobby store.

These guys may be a bit more expensive, but that extra couple of pounds goes towards keeping local stores in business.

The local model/hobby shop is becoming more and more scarce, and I think we should do whatever we can to support them.

I get all of my paints and sable brushes from EM4 Miniatures They're very fast with deliveries in the UK, as in usually next day.

A few months back when Maelstrom started running out of stock I started using Wayland Games. Good service and product selection. I miss Maelstrom's free shipping and regular discount codes though and I'm damned if I can find Creative brushes anywhere else (in the sizes I use anyway). Interestingly Waylands Kolinksy Sable brushes are just the eM-4 ones but a little cheaper.
