Just typical I look for ages find nothing put up a post and then find my answer. I've found them. Marauder Halflings apparently.

But I'm still stuck on this one...

It looks like a khorne juggernaut rider to me... off I go to check catalogues

Looks to me like a clear match with the current/latest Khorne Lord on Juggernaut rider. Perhaps explains why he eluded your search as he probably isn't listed as a chaos knight anywhere? Apart from the Juggernaut he seems complete with body, head and both arms though.

The horse is likewise current/latest era, it's one of the horsies from the standard placcy chaos knights set. I noticed on your copy he's missing his fancy little double-nose-horn-add-on but apart from that it's the horse you can see in the top right here. It's apparently a separate little part on the sprue, those horns.

Maybe you could fashion a little baguette out of green stuff instead and use the groove as a in-raid snack holder. Steak and cheese. Rare steak. For Khorne. Yeah, that's what I'd do.

Oops, answer had already come in. Och well, I got to drop my conversion tip on the sandwich holder anyways lol
