Setting up my first Mighty Empires

I've an assumption it'll be geographically "east of Albion", so there'll be Giants, Fimir, Gnomes, etc. High Elf colonists will be the NPC civilizations. Anything worth stacking on that purview?

Caledonian Riders, eh!? I could get some historical Celt minis and use the Tuomas rules for the Mercs thereof....still in the brainstorming phase.
