Well, screw you! I resisted for thirty years but now I've got twenty beakies coming my way, you bastards! 8-)

Great news, I have secured another partner to run Helsreach with, so we invite all the start bastards to come. A fine repast will be laid beofre them!

Its Mattblack god, who has a huge and awesome collection of PostApoc stuff. He emailed me and I shall quote a small passage if I may:

The Glowing Lamb bar will be coming, the amount of detail I put into that it would be a crime to leave it behind. The top comes off so the star bastards can have a quiet drink.

Im not sure anything a star-bastard does is quiet eh?

This things gunna go off like a frog in a sock!!!

Thanks for resurrecting Helsreach Curtis. It was far too good to only be seen and played on once.

Yippy!!! :)

Free drinks to the last one standing!!

I guess I should make a start on my Star Bustards.

Now we just have to nut out the rule system were going to use, the objectives and vehicle's.

It's moving forward fellas :)

Well, they're supposed to be forgotten SM, but if you converted them up a bit then I'm sure they could look like kick arse Star Bastard's :)

That was the plan, but I will stick to the old RT figures I think.

I will keep the Scouts for some Post Apoc characters I am planning.

THe old marine scounts are still oldhammer though? I mean, we are talking the time of tyranid attack and stuff? That is not yet middle hammer ;)

Correct. You can still use them, but you'd have to make them like they were ex Marines. Add some SM buddy armour and/or backpack etcetera. They're still Oldhammer for sure!

The old metal scouts are from way before tyrannid attack, they're 2nd wave Copplestone marines, the same time as the Death Eagles, terminator honours and specialist marines. As oldhammer as they get. You wouldn't need much effort to Mad-Max them up either. 8)

A quick wip of where I am heading with my space bastards. Planning a four man team or maybe five if I get carried away.

The last one was a right bastard to get this far. I still need to remove and replace the shoulder pad. It was a tank rider figure but with out the rhino to lean on the pose looked rediculous.

No idea how the others will shape up yet.

CNC welcome,.
