Help identify barbarians

I have been trying to identify these barbarian/norse/viking/whatchamacallits but so far their origins elude me. Been going through similar ranges of Citadel, Foundry, Harlequin/Black Tree Design, Grenadier/Mirliton to identify some others I have. A lot came up but these seem to be odd ones out. Does anybody recognise them?

C is a limited edition Foundry Thor figure

B must be a Grenadier barbarian conversion. Copplestone. The original has an axe, not a banner.
D looks like a Grenadier barabrian by Nick Lund. He did two or three sets of those. edit: and so is E.

Thanks fellas, good spotting. The style of A is a little different from the others, wonder what range he could be from... he has an integral shield with a fairly detailed little beast face. A back shot here.
