Aye I plan to come but it'll no doubt come down to money again and the silly prices of hotels. First one I missed since it moved to Newark :(

These are all great, completely feel the atmosphere and great to see so many ex GW staff from the golden age.

I read in one of the threads that Foundry were filling the cabinets with some previously unseen citadel paint jobs. Did anyone gets any snaps?

No problem at all,

it was a cracking night in the Organ Grinders; even if, I did silence all those attending - by referencing the Water Margin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UqsAye_EiA0 (just showing my age)and it was good to see you meeting the great and the good and having your rule books signed 8-) .

Hope you and yours enjoyed your time here and the journey home isn't too onerous?

Here are a few pics of the game I put together on the Sat, it was a 'capture as much warpstone as possible while avoiding the random pissed off creatures' type scenario using the ASOBAH ruleset with added random encounters and events. Although originally intended for 2 players we were joined by a couple of other people to create a pleasingly chaotic 4 way skirmish
In this image you can just about make out the overall setup with the elves moving to lay siege to the gnomish watchtower whilst the forces of nurgle and the undead advance from each corner, not the greatest pics I'm afraid..

Anyway, It turned out to be a draw between the random creatures, and the elves, followed closely by the nurgle followers and finally me losing badly with my undead 8-) A big thankyou to my friend Harry and also to Peter and Suzie (I hope I got the names right) for getting involved, Peter using his lovely old dark elves and Suzie taking over command of the forest creatures, extra kudos to Peter for finally killing that pesky gnome wizard ;)

Thanks for posting the pictures. I will bring my camera next year. THe battery interface is very shoddy and so I have to plug it in, but I think the extra hassle would be worth it for the shots I could get on the table. Its such ODD lighting in the place, bright but sort of yellow. Make the town look like its is under a different sun and on a sort of cloudy day.
