So are we all going to post the Gobbo in this thread lads?

I believe that'll be a good idea :)

Very nice work Scalene and seriously fast turnaround. Good stuff :)

Thats a drag Skarsnik, but if the hospitality for the weekend is anything to go by, then I suspect that Foundry will look after you. I hope that you get it sorted.

Good idea if Scalene doesnt mind his thread being appropriated. What do you say Scalene?

My "Boyldrick" (although the name is as yet officially undecided apparently) has been started but wont be finished for a few days yet as I try to get over con-related sleep deprivation.

Re: The Oldhammer Goblin

Nice job with the two done so far. I notice that Chico has hidden the base on which 'Oldhammer' is written. I can't decide whether to base mine naturally (like Chico) or to keep it showing in respect for the miniatures origin.

Can't say I've ever worried about this before. I must be getting nostalgic in my old age.

Mines for gaming really, plus I don't tend to worry about clipping tabs/bases off my figures unless I plan to sell at a later date on ebay (Which rarely happens now).

Re: The Oldhammer Goblin

Nice PJ Chico. That will integrate nicely with the rest of your Gobbos. The Harley Quinn style colour scheme is a good one.

I am opting to incorporate the base as part of the build. Still 100% focused on getting this guy done before I even think about going back to any other project!

In a heretical move I shall be painting mine up to join my 4th ed post Ansell Orc Army. Not that the two armies will never combine to form an ultimate army.

Nice work so far guys.

Mine is half finished, although I may not get to painting again until next week. It is a black and red and yellow PJ, like the rest of my greenskins. I imagine that a certain amount of doubling up of colour schemes is unavoidable.

+1

Regarding the base, resale isnt really a concern for me, but extra time spent clipping and filing is, so I just glued the metal base to a slotta and fired ahead with that. Ill post up here whenever I get it done. Maybe on Sunday... maybe.
