Lazy wash question.

I was just wondering if you can, or if anyone has tried to, spray a wash out of an airbrush?

Painting up 40 Space Wolves had me feeling a bit....lazy. Trying to come up with a kind of magic bullet fellas :?

Cheers.

Yeah, i do it on vehicles, it doesn't really give the same effect as when using a brush though, as it mists and goes all over rather than pooling in the crevices.

You might find dipping in a watered down wash works better? Mind you, i could wash 40 models with a brush in less than half an hour. ;)

What dieselmonkey said. Applying it through an airbrush tints the whole model instead of working like a traditional wash.

Well, I'm painting space marines.....their mostly armour 8-) That's why I want to apply a wash to them. But I don't want to dip them, because dipping doesn't work well on large flat areas. It's more suited to minis with texture.

Just a question I thought I'd throw out there. I guess the answers "no" for minis, but "yes" for large pieces like vehicles.

Thanks fellas
