What are these please?

Digging through the pile I found some odd tiny pieces epic blue horror, tyranid squigs - who knew? - and this little fellow. He looks like someone in plate armour with a flail but no base or he may have been cut from something else. Any ideas hive mind?









Then there's this guy no clues on the base he's weighted down with a 1p coin.





Any ideas would be welcome.
