Raptor Legion Blizzard suit

I found a few space wombles and I wanted to paint them up as Blizzard Suit Raptor Legion
I managed to get this pic from the web of the old paint scheme, but I was wondering if anyone knew which WD this came from, or if there were any other good sources of the blizzard suit
I can't quite figure out the colour and what the pattern is

That picture is from the 1989 40K Compendium and the articles about the Badab War. Not sure which WD it was taken from though
