Battle mat-matching, advice sought please!

A mate gave me a Citadel battle mat. You know, one of those cloths with flock cunningly stuck/sewn into it to turn your dining room table into an instant lush meadow.

In my wisdom I turned it into a swamp.

All well and good.

Now I need to make 6 more tiles for my modular board and I find I am without enough mat to do so. It doesn't need to be the Citadel mat as it will be mostly rocks and crags, so any paper-backed or even loose flock material will do. Does anyone have leads for scenic material that matches the Citadel mats for colour and texture?

I actually have 2 of the mats. One is in great condition still in its box and the other was nailed to a board by stupid idiot young teen me. That means it’s a wee bit rubbed in some areas, specifically the edges. Let me look it out and send some pics to see if it would suit you? With two mats I only need one and in all honesty I usually use a vinyl mat anyway as I find it easier to push models around (yes yes it’s heresey. I will ask the Emperor for forgiveness)

If your going to cut it up anyway you could do it in such a way as the rubber bits wouldnt matter?

This do? As I said it’s a bit tatty especially where it was nailed to the edge of the board and the edges under the board. Will send pics of the worst of the damage

That looks fine for my purposes. Interestingly it doesn't look like what I actually meant, the one I've been using has a black, fabric backing, but it does look like the colour would match in fine.

Ok so comparison of the two. The light doesn’t help but there is quite the difference. The darker one (bottom of the pics) is the black fabric backed one. The lighter one is the paper backed one.
