Well I'll be up for meeting on any Sunday I'm easy like that, plus I've been meaning to meet up with Riot at some point anyway :).

A meeting of all 4 of us would be a good laugh even if it's just chat and a beer on the first time.

I have a set of Heroquest and happy to GM it (Like I normally do :))

Maybe time to kick off GLOGG again :)

Would be up for this and might even be able to recruit a couple of my current club into attending :)

Creative biscuit sounds interesting, i should be able to come down for the next one. I haven't played Gorka Morka since I was a teenager lol. I use to love that game! I might invest in making a mob for that again :)

I am giving 'Shaggy' a tutorial on 2nd edition Blood bowl next meet at the 'Creative Biscuit'. I am more then happy to 'ref' and let you two play if you are rusty on the rules. I have two full teams so you do not need to bring any Bloodbowl miniatures.

Cool mate. The easiest way to arrange a game is to get on 'the armoury ' forum, introduce yourself and let people know what you want to play.

Hot off the press!

Madan attended the 'miniature empire' our lfgs at Gants Hill, gaming club a couple of times on the friday before Carlos had to pull down the shutters for good

He introduced us to his 'fantasy skies' game. I really enjoyed playing it.

I grew up in Gants Hill, are you talking about the store that was on Cranbrook Road in the early 90s?

Or has there been one since I left for good in 98?

The Miniature Empire opened about 3 years ago. Unfortunately it pulled down the shutters for good last summer :(

It was on Eastern Avenue, about 7 shops back from the roundabout

USED to look like this

Greetings all!

Currently living overseas and in a black hole gaming wise. I'm planning to be back in Blighty, visiting family in the Romford area, between April and early June 2016.

I would really love to meet up with anyone interested in giving some of the classic early sci-fi games a go. I'm mostly interested in Rogue Trader and Laserburn, but open to other suggestions on the nostalgic end of the gaming spectrum. I was more into historic gaming back in the 80's, so didn't get many games in with either ruleset, so would love to give them a try again if there are any veteran gamers out there, or anyone else interested in visiting the roots of the hobby.

As I'll be flying back to the UK, there's no chance of me providing either a venue or scenery, but I should be able to cobble together a small skirmish force or perhaps even two (of badly painted old lead!) if given advance notice.

I realise that it's still quite far ahead to arrange details, but if anyone is interested, and would be open to meeting for a game in 2016, please message me!

One potential venue could be Tole Haven in Hornchurch:

April is good for me if it matches the Easter hols.

If it's a sunday 'the legion' will be on.

I have about 3000 point of painted Empire but play 8th.

There are a couple of others but we are like Ents. . . . few remain and rarely meet.
