Superb force! Your project is taking epic proportions!

Just wondering, what would be the upkeep? How many ale gallons per mile (AGPM) do you need to keep this unit marching?
69 dwarfs x 1/8 gallon/hour x 1/3 hour/mile = 2.87 AGPM

I say you will need to add a convoy to follow these guys ;)

Lots of nice little fellas in this thread :)

Can I ask you how you painted the "wood-coloured" part of the catapult? I really have trouble painting wood in a way that makes it look like wood, but I like how you painted the catapult.

It is in fact yellow, not wood color.
Base color, mix 30% yellow glaze 20% brown wash 50% water over the yellow base.
Yellow + white very light drybrush over the edges.
