Goblobber

Wow! So a good while back I managed to pick up the most parts of the Goblobber.

Gotta say, that I desired this boxed set so much as a kid, seeing it in the local hobby shop and no way could afford it even if my pocket money was 10 times what it was.

So now, thanks to the Oldhammer trade forum the parts abound, and I've made the missing bits from greenstuff, albeit my sculpting skills have not improved since the days of my melties... ah well.

A snotling head here, a gnoblar head and hand there... a resin hammer I made three decades ago.... and hey! Is not that spotter on my catapult the actual spotter from the Goblobber?

Painting - here I come!

Very faithful recreation there. Always so satisfying to see people getting their teeth into long-dreamed-of projects!

Thanks Fimm

Many more photos to come. In fact, I just realised I have the hammerer of the onager already! He is part of my spotter on the catapult!

Coming along with these two chefs - almost done apart from the bases - definitely need a little gloss to simulate the roasting juices on the roasted pig though...
