Finished!!
Weapon changed to be thinner a look more like a piece of tree , even with some roots at the base.(need to sharp the nail a bit)
The skulls have some remanent skin over , so they are pulled by the hair (hard to see because of the white material)

He's on a 40mm monster base.

I wasn't taken by the initial post, but this model has grown such character as you've sculpted him.
